Payment

Willow Grove Magickal Shoppe accepts Visa and Mastercard through our secure payment processer. The address entered MUST match the address for the credit card or the transaction will be declined for your own protection against fraud. You may NOT have your purchase shipped to a different address than the billing address. We are held liable for fraud by the credit card company if we ship to an address other than the billing address. We also happily accept Paypal. Your credit card and personal information will never be shared with anyone or given to any third party.

Shipping

Orders will ship USPS Priority Mail and are packed with the utmost care to protect your items during transit. For orders outside of the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail International. Shipping is calculated based on combined weight of the items purchased. Orders of over $50.00 will have tracking and insurance added at no extra charge. Your purchase will come to you marked from "Willow Grove" for your privacy. Orders ship in 7-10 business days. Although we strive to maintain an accurate inventory, occassionally an item may become suddenly unavailable or on backorder. If this happens we will send an email to let you know and give you the option to replace the item with another of equal value, receive a refund for that amount, or have the items sent at a later date with no additional shipping charge to you. Certain special items that are made to order may take 3-6 weeks. These items will be noted in the item descriptions.

Returns

Returns are for exchange only with shipping charges at the buyer's expense. Herbs, tarot cards, runes, books and candles are not returnable. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please email us within three days of receiving your item for return instructions and authorization. Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. If you have shipping insurance on your package and it arrives damaged, please keep all packaging to make your claim with the Post Office. Order cancellations will be accepted only within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will always do our best to make sure you are happy!

Privacy

Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Your personal information will never be shared or passed along to any third party and your order will arrive with only "Willow Grove" listed on the return address. We understand that many Pagans need to keep their religion to themselves and will not mark our packages with words or symbols that might give you away.

Special Orders

If you do not find what you are looking for at Willow Grove, please email us and let us know what you need. We may have it in our store, but not listed online. We have access to thousands of Wiccan & Pagan items from our wholesale catalogs. Chances are if we don't already carry it, we can get it upon request. Let us know what we can find for you!
