Athames & Swords
| The athame is one of the most important ritual tools in Wicca. It is a representation of male principles and along with the chalice, is used to symbolically perform the sacred marriage representing the union of the God and Goddess. It is also used to cast the circle in ritual, much as the wand is used, but the athame should not be used to actually cut anything. The boline is traditionally used for that purpose, such as cutting magickal herbs for spells. Willow Grove Magickal Shoppe carries a wide selection of Wiccan ritual athames to help you express your tradition perfectly.
