1. How do I contact Willow Grove Magickal Shoppe?

We can be contacted by phone at (317)730-3218 or by email at customerservice@willowgrovemagick.com. While email is the easiest way to reach us, we certainly do understand that some folks are hesitant to do business with a company who only has an email contact. If we are not in the office to take your call, please leave us a message. Emails and phone calls are generally returned within 24-48 hours.

2. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Yes, we ship internationally!

3. What method of shipping do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail for all shipments. We use the USPS for two reasons. First, their Priority Mail boxes help to keep costs down for us and our customers. Second, no one is more familiar with delivering to your address than the postal carrier who does it every day!

4. Can you teach me to be Wiccan?

Not really. We can offer plenty of knowledge on our store‘s website and through the selection of books we carry, but we are not teachers.

5. What size is a certain product?

We firmly believe that you should know exactly what you are purchasing. For that reason, every product we offer has all the available dimensions listed on its product page under the detailed description. You will find out how tall each candle is, how wide each cauldron is, and exactly how much of each herb you are getting.

6. Do you have a retail location open to the public?

We operated a retail location in Indianapolis, Indiana for two years, but since December of 2008 we have been an online store only.

7. Can you cast a spell for me?

Sure, we could, but we don‘t. We don‘t believe it is a smart idea to approach magick this way. The most effective magick is practiced by the person desiring the outcome of the spell, or by those close to that person with that person‘s permission. We do offer some free Wiccan spells on our website that you are welcome to use.

8. How long will it take to get my order?

Our store policy is found on every page in the upper right hand corner. Orders generally ship within 7-10 business days. Before any order can be completed, you will be given a prompt during check-out that asks if you have read our store policy so that there is never any confusion about when to expect your order.

9. Do you offer wholesale prices?

We are a retail store, but we have in the past set up wholesale accounts for folks who will be placing regular large orders. If you are interested, contact us with your needs and we will see what terms we can work out for you!

10. Do you offer discounts and specials?

Yes! Our newsletter subscribers receive our newsletter eight times a year, one for each Sabbat. There is always a special discount code that is included in the newsletter that gives them a percent off of any purchase. To subscribe and get this deal yourself, just enter your email in the box under “Mailing List” of every page!

11. What are the free gifts with a purchase?

We send out a free gift for three different levels of orders, depending on the amount of the order. These free gifts are pulled randomly from our inventory, but we always make sure it is not something that is a duplicate of something already on the order. We also have been known to try our best to “guess“ what a customer may like, so if you have a qualifying purchase that includes Passion oil, red candles and a rose quartz gemstone, don‘t be surprised if we include a gift of Love incense for you!

12. Do you exchange links with other sites?

We are happy to exchange links with sites that we feel represent Wicca, Paganism and Witchcraft in a positive way. And of course, if you have a site and would like to link to us, we would greatly appreciate the support.

13. Can you help me find a coven in my area?

Your best bet for this is to go to www.witchvox.com. We do encourage you to be cautious and smart when getting to know new people. Not everyone out there has the best of intentions brewing in their cauldron.   

14. Why can't you ship my package to a different address than my billing address?
 
Credit card companies hold online retailers accountable for fraudulent charges made with a stolen credit card number if they ship the products to a different address than the billing address for that card. We know that sometimes you would like to send a package as a gift, but for your protection and ours, we can no longer ship to a different address. The address we ship to must match the billing address on file with your credit card company.
